I have little to say of poetry, save this:

The poet is bound by his verse, with only the divine reigning supreme above him!

A Cozy Mrs. Claus Poem

A Cozy Mrs. Claus Poem

by The Winter Child Poet Today’s poem comes with the glow of a warm kitchen, the softness of snow outside the window, and the kind of happiness that only comes from someone baking cookies just for you. I wanted to write something simple, gentle, and cozy — a moment of Christmas joy captured through the eyes of The Winter Child Poet. And nothing feels more magical, more comforting, than the sight of Mrs. Claus baking with love while little elves gather at the window, barely able to contain their excitement.

❄️ The Poem

I see such love filling now the air, It’s Mrs. Claus preparing trays of cookies — the little elves through frosted windows stare, each one of them so bright, so sweet, so bookish. The kitchen glows with warm and golden light, her apron dusted soft with snowy flour; she hums a tune into the winter night, a melody as soft as winter’s flower. Outside, the snowfall drifts like woven lace, soft flakes that twirl in gentle, dreaming dances; the elves press close around the glowing place where warm aroma stirs their tender glances.

Why This Poem?

Because sometimes we forget that Christmas isn’t made only of gifts, lights, or even Santa himself. Sometimes, Christmas begins in a very small, very warm place: a quiet kitchen where someone is doing something good just because it brings joy to others. Mrs. Claus is the keeper of that joy. The gentle heart behind the magic. And through her hands, winter feels softer.
