The Real Poetical Life Story

I have little to say of poetry, save this:

The poet is bound by his verse, with only the divine reigning supreme above him!

Hymn for Sophia

Hymn for Sophia

When Love Refuses to Fall Silent

Sometimes we think grief should be quiet.

That after loss, dignity means composure. Stillness. Acceptance.

But there is another kind of dignity — the kind that sings.

Hymn for Sophia was written from that place. Not from panic. Not from collapse. But from the quiet ache of someone who wants to feel a presence that can no longer be touched.

The world does not change when someone we love leaves it. The air remains air. The walls remain walls. Time continues its indifferent rhythm.

And yet something inside us moves.

In this poem, he does not try to conquer death. He does not curse it. He does not even argue against it.

He sings.

He remembers the hidden chamber of the heart — the part untouched by weather or decay. He remembers the way love once shaped him, gave measure to his wandering, turned scattered hours into something steadier.

And he sends breath into the silence.

Not as doctrine.

Not as certainty.

But as alignment.

Love here is not dramatic. It is not desperate. It is something that has moved beyond possession and into fidelity. Even if she does not answer, he remains turned toward her.

That is the quiet power of the hymn.

It is not about proving that love survives death.

It is about refusing to let love be erased by it.

And sometimes that refusal is the most human thing we can offer.
