The First Extension
When something doesn’t stay inside anymore
There’s a moment after something settles—after it finally feels certain—
when it starts to show up outside of you.
Not because you try to express it.
Not because you decide to share it.
It just… begins to appear.
In the way you speak.
In the way you look at things.
In small shifts you don’t even notice at first.
You’re not pushing it outward.
It just doesn’t stay inside the same way anymore.
And the strange part is—you don’t feel like you’re doing anything.
It’s just happening.
What once needed attention, now continues on its own.
Quietly.
Naturally.
Without effort.
And because of that, it feels different.
Not like something you’re managing.
But like something that simply belongs.
